I had the pleasure of working with a great group of women!! We shared the same work ethic and had no problems delegating duties. Though we all had different backgrounds, it was easy for us to communicate and accomplish our goal of completely the group project. Because of a misunderstanding of the directions and feedback that also was misunderstood, our group did not fulfill the requirements of the project. We only discussed to modes with the institutional model and had significant problems with references (though we worked with the WC and library). However, those challenges did not break our spirit, just provided us an opportunity to access our study methods to insure that we comprehend all portions of the assignment before delegating duties and starting research. Though the outcomes for of study groups aren't always favorable, the benefits are far greater than any mishaps.
